Carrie Bernstein, 29, was supposed to marry Michael Wittenstein, 34, on October 20 and go on a honeymoon in Tahiti. Instead, Carrie spent Square cuff links day at a friend's country house trying to distract herself by going horseback riding. When they returned in the afternoon, Carrie took off her watch because she was obsessively checking it.
"Right now at this time, we'd be taking the wedding pictures," she remembers thinking.
